Coinciding with Mardi Gras, the NBA’s biggest party met New Orleans’ biggest party. Several hotels along parade routes added their fleur de lis inspired graphics to the festivities unfolding all over the city. From the moment of arrival at the airport, event presence welcomed guests. Utilizing the Superdome with a custom arena bowl build-out created side by side pair of event venues filled with graphics. Hotel decor was integrated into the spaces of each property taking scale, stature, existing decor and material selection into account when designing event decor. Providing the league with a full range of design, production and installation support for a program that extended to an airport, two arenas, Champions Square and six hotels is a tall order. We made it look like the Big Easy.
